4. Customised Products

By submitting customisation materials, you confirm that:

You authorise Black Relic and the service providers involved in fulfilling your order to use the submitted materials to the extent reasonably necessary to produce and deliver your customised product.

We may decline customisation requests that appear unlawful, infringing, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with our policies.

Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, photographs, selected phone models, and other customisation details before confirming an order.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under the applicable terms.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

We may contact you if clarification is required or if an order cannot be processed.

Cancellation requests for customised products must be submitted before production begins.

Once production, personalisation, or dispatch has started, a standard cancellation may no longer be available. This does not restrict any cancellation or refund rights that apply under law.

For ready-made products, cancellation requests will be handled according to the order status and applicable cancellation terms.

If an eligible cancellation is approved after payment, any required refund will be initiated through the original payment method wherever possible.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines displayed at checkout or communicated to customers.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customised products may be subject to different change-of-mind return conditions from ready-made products.
